Scoping & Alignment

To get started, our seasoned Lead Talent Consultants meet with your key stakeholders to establish scope and gain a deeper understanding of your organization’s specific goals and needs. Then we begin conducting extensive market and industry research to create a profile of the available opportunity. After creating this profile, we develop our search strategy.

Calibration & Qualification

We present your team with our market findings and candidate profiles to ensure our search strategy. This calibration ensures alignment in our understanding of your needs. Following the calibration session, we begin to source and identify top candidates who match your skill and culture fit criteria. Once we have gathered a qualified pool, we begin our evaluation phase.

Evaluation & Selection

After we have identified a strong candidate pool, we filter out the top candidates and begin our rigorous interviewing and evaluation process. After selecting a top slate of candidates to present to your key stakeholders, each profile is reviewed and hand-picked to either be removed from or advance through the process. Your team will then interview these candidates. Once a top candidate is selected, we manage the entire offer and negotiation process from start to finish.
