Leading outsourced recruiting solutions firm announces that Vice President of Sales Operations, Bob Lucci, has been appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer.

AUDUBON, PA, March 2, 2015 – Today ORS Partners (ORS) announced the transition of Bob Lucci from the role of Vice President of Sales Operations to President and Chief Operating Officer, a new position within ORS and its parent company, Cross X Platform (CXP).  The announcement of this transition comes at an appropriate time as ORS is celebrating its third anniversary this month and reporting its highest revenue numbers to date.

Since joining CXP in October of 2011, initially responsible for Sales Operations, Lucci’s role has expanded significantly. His business versatility and overall leadership capabilities have been key components to ORS’ success.  This transition to President and COO formalizes Lucci’s responsibilities as ORS readies for its next level of growth.  Terry Williams will remain in his capacity today as the Chief Executive Officer and has formally recognized his role as Chairman of the Board for CXP and ORS Partners. Williams will continue to be responsible for setting long-term strategy for the organization.

Before joining ORS, Lucci was the head of sales operations and then COO at Trion, a consulting firm to mid to large employers in the insurance benefits industry.  Prior, Lucci served at Akamai Technologies, (AKAM) and two-time Inc. 500 Award Winner HealthDrive Medical and Dental Practices in senior/executive roles. Lucci holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
