This team researches and launches new technology solutions to the organization, and trains all Search Analysts, continuously improving the talent acquisition services we provide to our clients.
Since creation, Innovation Lab has researched and launched over 50 technology solutions to the ORS Partners team, covering a broad range of talent consulting activities from sourcing tools to social media aggregators to productivity software.
ORS Innovation Lab follows a proprietary process enabling our teams to discover new solutions quickly. To confirm the solution will be beneficial, the Innovation Lab researches, evaluates, and rigorously tests each and every solution prior to launch.
