ORS Partners (ORS) Celebrates Third Anniversary and ‘White Label Recruiting Solution’ Offering

This month ORS Partners celebrates its third anniversary as Philadelphia’s next generation outsourced recruiting solutions firm. Three years ago, Cross X Platform, parent company to ORS, incubated and launched ORS as its second portfolio company with a team of human capital industry veterans.

“We are excited to go-to-market with ‘white label recruiting solutions’ in 2015 as we remain committed to our mission of becoming the preeminent provider of innovative talent solutions that enable client growth,” said CEO and founder, Terry Williams.

Today, with a team of over forty consultants and over thirty clients, ORS is establishing itself as the ‘white label recruiting solutions’ firm hired to build and scale venture-backed and high-growth firms across all industries.  With their ‘white label recruiting solution,’ ORS is giving clients the ability to ‘insource’ an outsourced solution: internally, ORS consultants provide clients with a best-in-class recruiting solution; externally, ORS retains the client’s employer brand to enhance the candidate experience.  This differentiated offering allows ORS’ clients to offload their recruiting function without jeopardizing the consistency in their employer brand – a critical component to successful talent management.

“With ORS as our recruiting partner we have been able to consistently hire top talent for the last three years while retaining and even improving our employer brand,” said CEO of iPipeline, Tim Wallace. “We look forward to another year of success and partnership with the ORS team.”
