The Solution

ORS Partners deployed a White Label Recruiting Solution that included a large off-site sourcing team lead by a project manager.  The team was aligned with the company’s internal recruitment team and hiring managers to quickly secure the top talent they needed to launch their new location. ORS implemented a high-volume recruitment methodology and used innovative methods of sourcing to find talent.

The Success

In 3 months ORS sourced over 1300 candidates, screened 706 candidates and held 15 ‘Interview Days’ where 170 candidates were interviewed. ORS successfully placed 60 candidates in the first 3 months and because of that success the engagement was expanded to 3 other locations and 16 additional positions were filled in the next month.
