One of the top healthcare data analytics and consulting companies had aggressive growth goals for the year. The Solution

ORS’ consultative approach evaluates client’s talent acquisition function proactively, focusing on streamlining process and developing client’s employer brand, both aspects of talent acquisition that heavily impact the ability to recruit and retain top talent.

The Success

ORS fully developed and implemented a new talent acquisition process that led to over 230 hires over the past three years. Additionally, ORS Partners manages the client’s intern program, hiring over 50 interns in the past three years.
