We hired the ORS team to revamp our recruiting practices as we were hiring over 100 people in a year. We wanted a more disciplined approach to making great hires, while still working to hire volume at the same time. The ORS team implemented a new methodology at our company which included better up front screening and testing and more focused interviewing. Our turnover on the group hired since putting the plan into practice has been less than 5%. We are interviewing less candidates because of the improved screening but the candidates we are seeing are of a higher quality.
